On a more positive note

God knows just when you need things!!!! :) Today He did some pretty cool stuff, and it just reminded me of His great loved for me! I to often forget how much He does love me.. What an awesome God we serve! He gave me my daily bread along with the butter and jam! :D To quote a lyric from FM Static -I'm not an idiot, but I fee like one a lot!- How stupid can I be with such an awesome God?? :)

Life as I know it...

Life is such a weird thing....
Sometimes life really just seems to suck, but you need to look on the bright side. There is ALWAYS something in which to praise the Lord for. There are so many things going on, and sometimes I seem to get caught in a rut of not looking at what God is doing, and just looking at the pieces of my life around me. I neglect to look at what He is building out of the rubble. He is going to make something even better, and I need to look at the builder, and not the building! If any of you actually read this please pray for me! Satan can do a pretty good job of blinding me to the good....

2011

A new year!!!! But the year is one of many things that is new so far for me....
So far all of my classes are off to a good start! I am taking 5 classes.
1) Sociology, so far interesting, and the teacher seems pretty nice, and fair.
2) History!!! LOVE IT!! Same teacher as last semester, just different class. He is an amazing teacher!!
3) Modern Music Appreciation... the title is very misleading!!! Basically we just listen to music and learn some about music theory... The teacher is a little quircky, but nice. :)
4) English II... so far very interesting.... my teacher is a burly German woman, whose name, and personality are interesting... I am not quiet sure what to think of her yet, but she seems kinds :)
5) Math for Teachers II and I do believe the last math I ever have to take!!! ^_^ A good friend that I made last semester is in the same class, so we went together. Our teacher is this really nice hippy lady... she seems to be very fair, but does require that you do the work :)
There is soooo much that could be said!!!!! But alas it is late and I should be going to bed :P Welcome 2011!

WOW!!!!

God has been doing some pretty much AMAZING things in my life as of recently!!! He has showed me sooo much and blessed me beyond belief!!! I am overwhelmed at everything!!!
Please continue to pray though! School is starting on Monday!!!! My second semester! Pray that I would be able to stand firmly in my faith!
That I would be able to witness to those around me!
Do well so as not to shame my Lord!
Have a good spirit even when I get worms in my apples :)

FINALS!!!!!!

 Hey Ya'll!
Finals are 'finally' here!!!! Scary!!! I have finished one and a half of them, but there is still a lot of work to go! Please be praying that all of it will go well! All of my classes have gone well so far and I want to finish up strong! If things keep the way they are I will have made honor society, which for me is kinda big... So two more weeks! Then a bit of waiting for my scores, but pray that above all God would be glorified in this! It is easy to get stressed with everything, but worrying doesn't glorify Him, and it just makes me feel worse, so were I am going to be busier than usual I am trying my hardest to trust Him in this and try my best... that is all I can do! :) Thanks all! :) <3 <3 <3

Musicccccc

:) Hey all! Please be praying for me, I have decided to do more with my music than I had planned on (God has a way of changing my plans quiet rapidly). It is exciting, but it is going to be a bit of a challenge to get everything running the way God/I want(s). School ends in a little less than two weeks now, so Christmas break is going to bring with it a whole new set of work, but enjoyable work! Please pray that God would be glorified in my efforts, and that He would guide me in exactly what He has for me! It is not of myself that I am able to do any of this, it is purely through Him! :)

Life!

Things are sooo crazy sometimes.. And I can't explain why God does what He does. Some of the lessons He has are hard to learn, and sometimes I don't know what there is to learn, or what good will come of it, but lately I have been reminded of a verse-- For I know the plans I have for you says the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans for hope and a future-- He is doing everything for my good and I just have to trust that, but sometimes it is hard. Another verse is -- Be still and know that I am God-- He is God and nothing will ever change that! He is the same yesterday, today, and He still will be the same tomorrow! (Thank goodness! :) )
So whatever today, tomorrow, or any day brings I  know that He is there..... <3 <3 <3
